We arrived at 18:15, told us that the kitchen was behind us and they could finally sit at 6:45, but then they told us that they did not take orders until after 7, which meant that they did not honour their happy hour prices from 4-7. There were 2 servers in our section of about 12 tables... the other server took all their tables orders and had them ready to give when they gave her that ok 7:20. We finally had to ask if our server ordered well after 7:00 and mentioned that all the other tables in our section that sits after us had taken over their orders and now we went to 2- 7person tables and 4 tops. Table next to us who post, and ordered before us got 2 rounds of appetizers before we first... We understand that places are understaffed and we were very understanding... but there was no administration to ensure that tables were served in the right order. Even only 1 person could go through and apologise for their lack of communication... instead of just pushing everything on the kitchen.... It wasn't all the kitchens wrong. Waitress came out, we asked for our appetizer, and said the soup is up, but pulpit will be 2-3 minutes... well then you can bring out the soup? Is this usual to let the soup sit for 2-3 minutes and be joined together? Especially if you know it's a child? Eating was moderate...boneless wings were fine, blue cheese dressing was strange texture, chicken noodle soup had no noodles, pommes were overwhelming. We starve at this point and ate all our foods, but will not return or recommend.

We often come here because it was my mother's favorite place. (mainly for the keno she loved the keno and the beer of course! And as she's over, we come back to her honor. Especially for her birthday. Eating is always good, haven't ordered anything I didn't like! And the service was always friendly and friendly and good.

The server was really polite and did a good job and I like how they have keno machines other table you can play while you wait. Crab cake and dessert was very good.

Great atmosphere and people. Food is good but not the best we?ve had. I had the Jack Burger and I wish it had more flavor. My husband got the crab nachos and they gave a huge portion and they were quite good!

The service was great. The crab dip with the Bavarian pretzel was amazing. It was even as good the next day as leftovers. The crab cake sandwich was lots of crab and little filler; the way it should be. The wings (teriyaki) were perfect. Crispy outside and tender and juicy inside. No wait for table and not rushed at all.
