Pisa Pizza - Ocean City

The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic and is the best you will find along the promenade.

This restaurant offers the second best pizza on the board, with 3 Brothers taking the top spot. The sandwiches are also excellent and come out quickly. The indoor service is friendly and efficient. The Sicilian pie was hot, light, and airy with a generous amount of cheese, just the right amount of sauce, and chopped sausage toppings. The round pie slice was also hot and nearly perfect, although a bit too airy for my liking. Despite this, the crust did not flop when rolled out to eat. 3 Brothers is still my favorite though. My girlfriend got black olives on her round pie slices, which were thinly sliced and generously spread. The only drawback is that they often close early if there is not much board traffic or the weather is bad. This restaurant seems to be family-run and not like the usual cookie-cutter pizza chains.

Enjoyed a regular slice, and a slice of white w Spinach (no sauce, just olive oil); white pizza was better than plain. Nice selection. Dough chewy and a bit bland. Good prices, considering. $7.75 for both. 6 10. Get the white pizza.

Nothing fancy, but this place worked for a quick bite of pizza with young kids. We intended to eat at a different place, but it was extremely crowded and the kids needed to eat. Pisa was completely empty so it was nice and quiet, and both booster seats were clean and available for the kids. The pizza came out quickly and the server was friendly. Prices were reasonable considering we were on the boardwalk. We did not see a restroom, so if we had stayed longer, that could potentially have been an issue.

We had cheese steaks and mozzarella sticks and they were great. My husband commands steaks and mozzarella sticks every chance he gets, and he said the mozzarella sticks are the best he ever had. We are from the Philly area and the mushroom cheese steak and chicken cheese steaks were great. Definitely recommend.
