George's Candy 1954 - Ocean City

The food was excellent, the view was stunning, and I can't wait to return!

Unfortunately, after years of purchasing saltwater taffy and fudge from George's Candies, we will not be buying from them again. We bought 3 large boxes of fudge and 4 souvenir boxes of saltwater taffy, and both items were poorly made and not very tasty. The fudge was a mess in the box, not even cut into squares, just thrown in haphazardly. We gave the items as gifts and every recipient let us know how bad the fudge tasted and that the taffy was also unpleasant. If possible, I would give negative stars. Very disappointing - is that a mistake?

It was our first night at this restaurant and we decided to stay for dinner. Unfortunately, the service and food were both terrible. We spent $100 for a family of 5, ordering chicken tacos, chicken alfredo, roast chicken sandwich, and mozzarella sticks. The chicken was dry and flavorless, the alfredo lacked any taste, and the mozzarella sticks were also disappointing.

Amazing breakfast eating for a great price. the waiters were all very friendly for customers and each other. the sticky colorful French toast was delicious, as well as the egg and shredded. we will definitely come back!

The owner of this establishment was extremely unprofessional and rude to one of his employees that was working in his restaurant. We witnessed him raise his voice, degrade and belittle this employee in public. I would never patronize an establishment where a male owner imitates such young employees.
