Emily’s Ocean Room - Ocean City

Breakfast was great. Staff was attentive, food was hot and fresh. Dinner was good but for our 7 pm reservation, they were out of many of the menu items, the Brussel sprouts appetizer and the risotto are amazing. The wait was long but the server was so apologetic and kept checking on us I still give it 5 stars.

When I called to make reservations the woman asked me in tours or outdoor seating I asked for endorse when we get there they put us out door because they said they had no more availability indoor so me and my family sat outside the table was filthy dirty I hate eating outdoors because of flies and that?s all they had was flies we had our toddler granddaughter with us even the toddler?s high chair was dirty I had to wipe that down I?m sorry experience there was not good

Prior to our visit, l had checked reviews, which were very mixed but everyone knows that people who like places tend not to take the time to write a review but those who were disappointed WILL take that time. Our family of 9 (one included a 7 week old) dined on the patio on a Thursday for the All You Can Eat crabs. While the noise from the amusement park was annoying (not their fault), the crab legs were delicious in addition to the sides, especially the corn on the cob. There was no hesitation in substituting for a food allergy. Our server was attentive and brought more legs when we wanted them. Great experience! I am sure we will be back????

Good Quiche comes with fruit a scone. A nice quiet room in the Flanders Hotel.

I have eaten here several time before and have been pleased. Sorry to say that in the past few years, I have seen a decline in the quality of food, The Chicken Florentine I ordered was a 1/4 leg thigh (still on the bone) with not much meat. An entrée at a place like this should be a served as a filet. Portion sizes with other entrees have gotten smaller. I like this place and am hoping that they do a menu audit and see what I am talking about. Otherwise, I will eat on the boardwalk from now on.
