Restaurant Hotel Goldener Pfropfenzieher

As a group of 18 people, we were not served in the beer garden for half an hour, although not much was going on. the pre-reserved table for the evening depted as several tables in the breakfast room, which were not even covered. we were not served there for half an hour. on our request to put together a common big table, was very pampering and pointed out that "in our old" you can also sit on separate tables. we have not eaten after further insults.

We were eating there on Saturday evening with a 7-headed group. a beautiful ambiente, friendly service and a very good eating. for every taste the card offers something. the price-performance ratio can be seen. all freshly prepared, super bratkartoffels and great portions! all were very satisfied!

We arrived at 4th shortly after 17 o'clock. to dinner, as we had to attend a event at 7:00 a.m. this restaurant is only one of two restaurants in oberwesel, which opens before 18 o'clock. we were immediately greeted by the owner and she led us to a table in the dining room. three of us speak only English, so the owner came and helped us with our orders. we were all very satisfied with our meal times, which were served quickly and directly from the pan, and we have eaten every bite! we will come back in oberwesel at our next visit.

I was the first time in this historic restaurant and was served by junior chief. good bourgeois ambiente in the weinstube. the food was good and the greeting from the kitchen was a nice surprise.

And I had to try the bratwurst from the brain and with mushrooms. Overall, I would have expected a little more, but otherwise okay.
