Owner Markus is serving always with a smile, his staff equally friendly and efficient. Typical austrian dishes served Soups tried several on different occasions all of them very tasty. Main course any of the Knödel dishes or typical Schnitzel (almost too large) are recommendable. We had a Eispalatschinke typical pancake with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream very nice! Menu of the day is well priced at 8,1 € (soup main dish) The biggest plus a large outdoor seating area with an old chestnut tree This is not a fine dine restaurant, but good value for money and very friendly service.

Famous for KNÖDEL (dumplings) you may chose a great variety of different fillings. we had nice Hirsch Deer meat and a onion soup very soft meat indeed. the wine was an excellent young austrian white wine from burgenland service the owner himself is very friendly and serves as well and generally staff is friendly and efficient. this is a recommendable family restaurant in walking distance to train station and city center with good austrian cuisine, parking available, has a smoking and large non smoking area!

We'll find it great that you get warm lunch in the afternoon. is not self-evident in wels. great gastgarten, nice quiet. service was great. always liked.

Staff very friendly and eating is excellent. in the summer, the restaurant is perfect. there is also a smoker area inside. we are almost every week there

We were eating there in October. ordered me a gym. sweet is everything from the dose and the meat was also not very good. I can cook better at home.
