Zur Haxenwirtin - Oberhof

The haxenwirtin is a really nice furnished guesthouse. the service and the chefin - especially the chefin - sometimes looks very rough and has their own humor. since we were a bigger group, we had to consider our fun with her after initial but right. the food was very tasty - only the haxen and the booze before they are served are probably briefly fried. that makes the skin crispy, but the upper meat also dry. I understand all written criticism and can also understand - but for us it was a very successful evening - and quite honestly, the haxe does not have to eat completely and the inner flesh was super delicious.

Unfortunately the offer was not good. meat dry. the roulade was also dry and too salty.

First class servicemen, great funny and not intrusive people. great ambiente. a lot of choice of dressed and drinks.

Very cozy and nice evening we spent. everything was delicious, fresh and great. nice staff and good kitchen.

We were on Sunday too two at 14:00 a.m. there and the only guests.Received the reception of the Kelnerin/Wirtin gave an impression which confirmed again and again during the further course of the visit.You felt kindly as disturbing or troublesome and noticed the unlust with which she was exercising her job.Clar, everyone has once a bad day but then I have to win again!
