I happened to be nearby and decided to have dinner there. Unfortunately the reception was not very warm. And of course I didn't have a reservation (it was a Monday) and was alone. I would have liked to sit in the front area, on the floor. Which was rejected even though everything was free. The food was tasty, but only spicy in a German way even though I pointed out that I liked Thai cuisine. So my wishes weren't really taken into account. My husband and I went there for his birthday dinner. Since I have various annoying intolerances, but knew from my last meal there with friends that I could tolerate one of the children 's meals , I wanted to order this. I was denied this and they refused to compromise (if it had been about money, I would have been happy to pay an extra charge). Unfortunately the starters were already ordered. Ate, paid, left and unfortunately at least two customers will no longer enter the restaurant. It 's a shame, it could have been solved in a more customer-friendly way.

Repeated chaos in one weekend. You wait with other guests in the entrance area for almost 10 minutes until you are spoken to. We had ordered a table for 4 people for 7 p.m. and were then asked to wait until 7:30 p.m. We left again. No, dear Bangkok, it doesn't work that way. There was a couple standing next to us who had made a reservation online. But apparently they didn't want to know anything about it. The entire staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time. This is how you scare away regular guests. We won't be coming back again.
