Berggaststatte am Laber - Oberammergau

The most beautiful view from up top on a clear day. You can go by cable car or hike up. About 2 and a half hours up and 2 hours coming down.

After a nice walk up we were lucky to get a table because someone was leaving and the rest of the terrace was completely full. It also really took some time to order and ,after that, before we got our food. The food was good though and because of the views it is not a crime to sit a little bit longer here.I personally had the Schnitzel Wiener Art (9,50 Euro), price quality was very good. Especially the fries were very good!

The only restaurant on the laber, reached with the cable car or 2/3 hours to foot. superb 360 grad views. terrace restaurant with a view serves simple Bavarian dishes, pizzas, pastas and drinks. excellent place for lunch and relax. a big negatiw that the server was not inviting or engaging and perma-grumpy and smiled. a great distraction in my sight.
