We have been visitors to the hotel for many years, but this time we were disappointed. When we arrived at the hotel, it was terribly hot in the room and we were unable to start the air conditioner. After two attempts, the maid helped us, and the problem happened again the second day because the maid turned off the power in the entire room after cleaning the room. If the air conditioner already requires setting in a certain position, it would be good to warn the guests about this upon arrival. Also, the quality of the service has noticeably dropped, for example the breakfast is far more modest than we are used to. There is less choice of food, and the food that is consumed is not promptly replaced. And one more thing, it is not possible to enter the cafe in a bathrobe, not even on the terrace, which in my opinion is unacceptable for a wellness hotel. Nice place. Wonderful nature. Right on the bank of the Savinja River. Birds... Ducks... I saw an otter. Nice pools with thermal water. Nice Wellness center. Great Salt room. Rooms: Decent rooms Walkability: Disabled friendly Food drinks: Nice food, delicious, must be great cooks. Noteworthy details: If you want calm stay choose workdays. We chose the hotel for a week-long family vacation because it has swimming pools, water slides and a wellness center. We used half board. The food was fantastic! We had a room (double room comfort plus) with a balcony and a view of the river Savinja. Fully sufficient for our family of four with two children under the age of 10. In addition, a few meters from the room there was an elevator directly to the wellness area of the hotel. Free rides on the bobsleigh track in the Celjska Koča resort (approx. 20 min drive from the hotel) were part of our stay package. The road led through a beautiful landscape with great views. I recently dined at this restaurant and was extremely impressed with the service. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that my experience was top-notch. The location of the restaurant was also fantastic, with stunning views and a great atmosphere. The hotel itself was luxurious and really added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high-end dining experience.
