Nice place to enjoy Oaxacan modern food. A taste of traditional local cuisine, with a meditarrean twist that creates a wonderful experience. Brío is a “not so hidden jewel” of Oaxaca’s downtown, in an ancient and beautiful house, with a magnificent terrace in... which you can enjoy the food and the views. The service was great and everything in my experience is one of the best memories made in this amazing city.

My husband and I, accompanied by another couple, were looking forward to a special dinner last night in Oaxaca. We asked for a terrace table because it had a nice view of the church nearby. First we were warmly welcomed and there... there were no other Mäzen, we had three servers available. Our drinks and appetizers came and we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. When our main course arrived, the presentation was nice and the food was delicious, but lukewarm. A member of our party never received their court even after asking why it was not served twice. When it arrived, the three other members of our party had finished their meal, so she told them she didn't want it anymore. The server apologised and offered a take-out, but our friend decided they would rather go. She said how disappointed she was and that it was unacceptable that a meal was so late after the others. A man came to talk to us, and I suggested he heated the plates before he sends the meals to the table to help keep the food hot. He thanked me for my suggestion. We asked for our bill and went.

The cherry mol was absolutely delicious. The ambience is cool for couples. Great experience, I recommend it.
