Zaxby's - Oakwood

There are only a few restaurants that our whole family enjoys, and Zaxby's is one of them. We always order the family meal with chicken and large toast. My only issue is that they don't give enough fries compared to the amount of chicken, so I always order extra. We love this place and eat there at least two or three times a month.

This restaurant consistently delivers orders without any issues. However, the staff working on July 16, 2022 should be repositioned, as there have been frequent delays during the lunch rush at the drive-thru.

I have been a loyal fan of Zaxbys' delicious food for many years, so during my work break, I decided to visit this location and order my meal to go. In less than fifteen minutes...

The food was tasty, the restaurant was spotless, and the staff were extremely welcoming.

I have been going to this Zaxby's for years. The last few times I was here, the food wasn't as good. I noticed that the workers were goofing off a lot behind the counter. I'm all for having a good time at work, but not at the expense of getting my order wrong. The chicken was overcooked and dry, the salad was good but the portion was small, and the fries were done well. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I have had multiple bad experiences recently. Hopefully, they can address these issues. For $40-$50 for a meal, I am unsure if it is worth going back to this location.
