Domino's Pizza - Oakwood

Beom He should make a bomb pizza, he should rise to God. The food? Amazing. Delivery? Amazing. He's asking for my dogs? Better. Beom Sup is a lifeguard for this industry. 10/10

First order from the new Domino. I gave my order online was arriving there a little early, so I sat inside and waited. Was a nice atmosphere inside, as the staff prepare the pizza, orders etc. I was surprised when the employee came out and read my pizza. Very fast service. The pizza was good, but she used some sauce. But overall it was a very good pizza.

I know it's not the gourmet pizza you can get, but Dominos in Oakwood will always have my business! Last week we ordered our typical cheese pizza... We have never had a problem with Dominos before, they are always fast, fair, and our order is always right. But last week when I got my pizza, it was cold and the whole cheese came out of the pizza and into the box. We are usually not the type to write a complaint, but this prego mom was really looking forward to this cheese pizza. So I sent a complaint, including an image, to the company office. Within 15 minutes I had an answer that they would forward my email to the manager of local dominos. Within 24 hours, I had an answer from the Domino Oak Manager, who apologized and said that this quality is unacceptable. He offered to replace this pizza and includes a dessert and a 2 L drink. Today I called in cash on this request and they couldn't find the credit under one of my phone numbers, they didn't ask anything and offered me the deal only on my word (what was brilliant enough), but when I added a second pizza and tried to pay for it, they refused to leave me and said the entire order was free. This is really great customer service, and they will always have my business!

Wow. What can I say? This must be the most welcoming and respectful institution I've ever been. I expected to go in just a typical Domino 's and was pleasantly surprised with a warm welcome and amazing customer service! BRENDON and destroy you!! They earn so much for the hard work they do! The store was incredibly clean and the pizza was delicious. Thank you for the great experience. You didn't have to go beyond and beyond, but you did.
