Mcdonald's - Oakwood Village

The service was extremely slow and even though my food was supposed to be ready, there was a long wait. Food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1.

This location needs to be shut down. The staff doesnt want to do their jobs. The Manager Kim gave me attitute when i inquired about my food after waiting 35 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches, a coffee and an iced tea. The young girl working the front on Friday 10-13-23 at 9am was very disrespectful and disengaged. Finally after 45 minutes and lot of frustration i asked for the manager at which time the girl rolled her eyes, walked as slow as she could to the back and got Kim the manager. If the employees dont want to work there they should not be there. This was not my first time experience but it will be my last. We ordered through DoorDash and waited for over 30 minutes for our nuggets to be cooked, only to be told to cancel the order because they kept us waiting until closing time.

I have always had a great experience at this restaurant. The one time they made a mistake, they ended up giving me more food than I had ordered, which was a pleasant surprise. The prices are affordable, with meals costing between $1-10 per person. The food was decent, with a rating of 3 out of 5, while the service and atmosphere both received a 4 out of 5. I would recommend trying the Chicken Sandwich and Cheeseburger.
