Absolutely incredible store. Staff are all wonderful, drive thru is extremely efficient. I experienced an issue with a delivery as a driver this morning (01/11/2024) and the manager was beyond helpful. Thank you everyone working today, you're all-stars.

My mom and I went here with a mobile order. Going through the drive through, we were told that there was no more blueberry muffin. The lady had a really strong accent and the heavy rain outside made it really hard to understand what she was saying. As she listed the options impatiently, my mom, who isn’t really that good at English, asked her to list them again in which she responded rudely with “ I just told you!”. She then refused to repeat herself and as I, who was sitting in the passenger seat decided to speak up, she stopped me mid-sentence with “person in the driver speak, not the passenger.”Talk about bad costumer service. One of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered.

This is so gross. Your employee didnt even check the food that they were making. I ordered Four cheese bagel toasted with butter, tomato and bacon. Bagel was burnt, they put lots of butter and wasnt spread, wrapper outside was too oily and the worst thing was the paper in my bagel.This is really bad, I saw it when I almost done with my bagel.Every time I go to this location, they always give me a bad experience and a bad order. They never fill up my iced coffee. One time I bought Iced coffee and decaf coffee. Iced coffee was not filled up to the right line plus it was so bitter. Decaf w wasnt filled up as well.Will never go back to this location. Never had a perfect order every visit.

Wow I paid $9 for bread. I got the chicken habanero wrap and it was soooo small. They didn’t even fill it up . I’m so disappointed. Every location is diff but this one is such a rip off. Save your money and go somewhere else… not worth it at all :

Couriers beware, always a long wait time here. They’ll prioritize the drive thru over everything, usually have people waiting inside.
