Otherwise a good place to have tasty indian food.Kid-friendliness: No diaper changing stationWheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible, i took a stroller, hard to take in as no ramp available.
Sukhpreet Kaur was a great waitress! Food was very good, we will be back, we won’t order the Palak Patte Ki Chat again though, we were expecting more spinach! We would order the paneer tikka, aloo Goni and Hyderabad dhal again.Dietary restrictions: Low carb!
Good food, ambience, and even better service. You can get food anywhere, but if served with a smile, it makes all the difference. They know how to take care of their clients. Thank you Jagmeet for an awesome experience.
I was looking for a nice Indian restaurant to have dinner in oakville and settled on riyasat based on the hundreds of reviews. But my experience was very different from the others. The food was below average and the service was poor. I ordered lal maas and malai kofta. Lal Maas was ok but the kofta was hard and the gravy was sour. And strangely the waitresses were just chatting away to glory with the guests. Although the place was not crowded, the waitresses seemed very « busy ». We were given the dinner plates after the food was served and only when we asked.Another strange thing, after using my card at the restaurant the night before, there was an unauthorised transaction of more than 300 CAD the next morning. I am not sure these incidents are linked or not but I am surely not going there again.
Very good restaurant, wide variety of food and large portion
