Pizza Hut Oakville

On November 23rd, when I arrived at the store at 1pm, the associate claimed they had no record of my order. After explaining the situation, the associate stated that there was no manager present the previous day and initially refused to remake the pizzas. After further discussion, they agreed to remake the order, which took about 10 minutes. Overall, the melts were good once we received the correct orders, but the customer service was lacking. Despite being calm and understanding throughout the ordeal, I felt like a burden to the staff. I have already contacted their corporate team to address the situation, as I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and honesty displayed by the store employees.

This is the worst of the worst, not even close to being considered pizza. What has happened to Pizza Hut??

This Pizza Hut location is a sit-down restaurant, not just for express or takeaway orders. The pizzas here are made with a generous amount of authentic toppings. The $5 deal is fantastic, as I was able to get 4 pizzas for a total of $46 including taxes.

Pizza was perfectly made, and pick up was on time. Staff was good

Served pizza is cold and greasy looks like a mistake order from other costumer and kept for how many days. ?
