Kfc - Oakville

Chicken is fresh and prepared properly. They donot stuff the bucket with chicken wings instead of thighs. One of the cleanest well run KFCs around

Ordered 14 pieces with fries and 2 salads...Glad we had a coupon as their menu prices are really expensive now. $10 for an individual meal that should be no more than $6...no thanks...they are pricing their customers right out of their locations including myself. For 14 pieces we only got 4 pieces of white meat and not a single breast piece and had to suffer through 2 days of left over dark meat. Also their large fries just didn't seem as large anymore as it wasn't enough for 4 people and not 3 either as one person went without. The value just isn't there anymore, even with a coupon. Although I like KFC, we all agreed it will be a long time before we ever eat at KFC again. On the plus side, service was super fast. Didn't even have to wait a minute for our order to be filled, which is excellent, considering sometimes at this location we have had to wait over 20 minutes for our order.

--The chicken was excellent...very delicious. However when ordering 14 pieces one really should have more white meat included than if you only ordered 9 pieces...there was too uch dark meat which most people odn't like. But ovrall the chicken was very delicious and has never disappointed.--Service was fast! Which is very surprising since usually we have to wait 20 minutes on average for our order to be ready.--Fries once again were not good. They were not warm at all and a bit spongy. They always have that strange greasy smell to it (not as bad this time) as if the oil is old or bad or rancid.--The store is dirty and has that bad fried oil smell to it. They really need to do a good cleaning.--Overall, we wold go again and hope they fix the problems to turn the next review from a 3 into a 5.

I went into the Kfc Friday night, they were very busy yet managed to fill my order fast I was in and out thanks to a young fella named mike... I live a few kilometers away when I got home the food was still hot and delicious.Thank you Mike for the excellent serviceand food.

This was the first time here in years that it did not take 15-25 minutes to get out food. We got our food in a few minutes. As always the chicken at this location is great, but there always seems to be something wrong with the fries. This times the fries were cooked properly, but had a strange smell, probably from old grease. The restaurant also had the same strange smell as the fries. Although the fries tasted ok, they really shouldnt have that strange smell. Enjoyed the chicken. Will be back one day, probably in a year, but not anytime soon.
