Bronte Chinese Restaurant - Oakville

Have never had food that was so bland. These people have never heard of salt and pepper never mind ginger or garlic. Even the sweet and sour sauce was tasteless. portions were on the small side and price was average. Definitely not going back.

The Canadian Chinese delivery from this restaurant is quite satisfactory. Customers can enjoy a 10% discount when paying with cash.

This is our favorite place for getting Chinese food to-go.

Since being put on dietary restrictions I have found it difficult to find places to eat. This restaurant all the bases of their dishes are made from corn or potatoe starch, and there is no gluten in the fried rice. Though this place doesn't use a lot of salt in its cooking that is fixed by adding your soy sauce to much salt isn't healthy anyway. I was also informed that singapore noodle dish was GF as the noodles are rice noodles. I was also happy to know that no garlic is added to the dishes do to a sensitivity. Our family order the Beef fried rice, Chicken fired rice and the beef and broccoli dish. We really enjoyed our meal and plan to return again soon.

HELP!!! We need the show Restaurant Takeover to go in there and show them how to cook good tasting Chinese food. Bronte has terrible take out options and since losing our beloved First Kitchen it's slim pickings around here. We didn't like Bronte Chinese Restaurant when they were in Hopedale Mall and since moving to Lakeshore Blvd. we tried them again but unfortunately their cook decided to move with them :(
