The Lot At Edgewater - Oakmont

It's difficult to find enough praise for this restaurant. I've been there twice, initially drawn by the outdoor seating. Both the menu and the atmosphere are well thought out. Our food and drinks have consistently been excellent, and the menu offers a great variety of options. The service has been wonderful, and the management and staff maintain an impressive level of cleanliness throughout the place.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The service is fantastic! I've visited numerous times for breakfast, and without a doubt, it's the best breakfast spot in town! The portions are very generous—enough to easily share with someone. I suggest trying the pancakes; they're thin, light, and crispy! The crab cake Benedict is amazing as well! This place deserves a full five stars!

This morning, I enjoyed a leisurely breakfast with my family at a lovely restaurant. The covered outdoor dining area was beautiful, featuring comfortable tables and lounge areas equipped with gas fire pits for a cozy atmosphere. The menu offered a wide range of traditional dishes alongside healthier options, which I appreciated. While the service was satisfactory and the staff were friendly, it fell a bit short in terms of attentiveness—there was no inquiry about whether we needed anything else, and I wasn't asked if I wanted a spoon for my coffee, which I expected from an upscale restaurant. Despite that, I would definitely return for the delicious food!

It was my first time having brunch here. Ordered Waffles with berries, and it was excellent! Reasonable price and great service.

The food you know and love elevated to the highest level of refinement you can imagine. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean. Hip vibe without being overly millennialish. Customers of all ages were there.
