Sunshine Bakery - Oakley

What a great little place. We were traveling thru and had a tire blowout at night a few miles east on I-70. We ended up staying in Oakley because of the time we spent fixing it. Anyhow, super friendly folks and great food. I had a burrito which was awesome. 3x the size of a fast food one. The iced mocha I had was also really tasty. The donut smell in the place is obnoxiously delicious and they were also really good. Definitely a great spot. Get there early though, they sell out!

Wow the drip coffee is really really good here. It's Boyer's from Denver, CO. Smooth and not too bitter. I wish they would sell the grounds/beans because I definitely would have bought them. My husband and I each had a breakfast croissant sandwich which was warmed up and delicious. There's sufficient seating inside and enough for a large group. Service was friendly and they do have drive-thru. They do sell out of donuts pretty fast it seems or at least they did that Saturday morning. The sign outside will say Daylight Donuts so don't be confused. It is Sunshine Bakery as said on a smaller sign on the window. This place is worth the drive from Colby!

We always make a point to stop at Sunshine Bakery when passing through Oakley, Kansas. The donuts are incredibly delicious and the service is fantastic and friendly. Thank you.

The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the prices were very reasonable. I tried the breakfast burrito and one was enough to satisfy my hunger.

This is one of our go-to spots whenever we're on the road. The food is delicious, the coffee is top-notch, and the service is always friendly.
