Dutch Bros Coffee - Oakley

Decided to get a delicious iced caramelizer (my apologies if it's spelled incorrectly) to start off my morning. Typically I see a line almost all the way down to the Arco gas station next door, luckily today there were only 3 cars ahead of me !! My order was taken immediately by one of the super nice staff members. The wait in line was only a few minutes and my drink was made to perfection. Definitely will be visiting again in the near future. Service: Take out

Always takes 45+min in the drive thru. Also my husband has been getting his drink not filled to the top when he asks for light ice and they have refused to fill it all the way to the top. I’m a former barista and leaving an inch of air is not appropriate especially for a $5 drink. I try to cut them slack but there is no sense of efficiency with getting orders out. Price per person: $10–20

30 minutes for a place that only makes drinks. 6 cars in front of me. And no way to leave once you are in line.

Dutch Bros is getting more popular by the minute it gets 5 stars in my books because the coffee and the service are great (try out the Golden Eagle blended for pure joy! , that said the irony of it becoming a victim of it's own success is that you're going to need to have some patience while they get you through the queue. The staff that work here are amazing and always providing excellent customer service. Sometimes the lines could be long but thats honestly every Dutch Bro. Highly recommend this location.
