Burger King - Oakley

I visited this Burger King in the Oakley area and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. While my past experiences at Burger King have not always been great, this location had excellent service, hot food, and refreshing drinks. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I went through the drive-thru and received the wrong order. I had to go back to have the mistake corrected, which was fixed. The food was not memorable and overall I was disappointed with my experience at Burger King's drive-thru.

While visiting from the city, I drove to the Oakley area and decided to grab a bite at this Burger King. Normally, my experiences at BK are not the best, but the service here was fantastic, the food was hot, and the drink was refreshing! I will definitely stop by again when I visit.

I was very upset because they gave me a burger that was not completely cooked.? I'll never go there anymore. the food was stal and not good. they avoid this place when they can.

It's 10:30am I'm at the drive thru waiting 10 minutes to place an order, no one took my order, I telephoned the store, no answer, so I decided to pull to the window to place my order, I noticed the manager or worker signing for package at the door, she then told me that they have not food ready today, and don't know when it'll be ready, don't forget it's 10:30, so that means no breakfast at Burger King, very poor service.
