While I haven't visited this specific location, the one I used to go to has unfortunately closed. I wish it didn't have to close down—I saw the news story and was truly heartbroken. I'll definitely be coming here before it closes. Thank you for all the amazing memories. Hopefully, dine-in Pizza Hut will make a comeback in the future!
Fantastic staff, delicious food, and excellent value for money! A big thank you to this amazing dine-in Pizza Hut!
The variety of pizza flavors changes as pans are emptied, allowing new and exciting tastes to come to the forefront. The double-cheese, thin-crust pizza is especially popular, demonstrating the age-old saying that sometimes less is more—or in this case, more cheese is definitely better! The layout of the restaurant is straightforward: one station offers a selection of pizzas and KFC-style fries (since Pizza Hut and KFC are under the same ownership), along with a tasty pasta ragu. There's also a salad bar, where most options are average, but the pasta salad with thousand island dressing is a delightful standout. For dessert, there's a small bar featuring soft-serve ice cream, jelly, chocolate cake, and mousse. Additionally, soft drinks like Pepsi, Mountain Dew, and 7UP are available free and unlimited from a self-serve machine. The generous opening hours starting at 11 AM allow for a leisurely dining experience—perfect for reading a novel while taking a break to prepare for the next round of pizza, following several rounds before that. You’d have to be overly critical to find something to complain about at The Works. While it's true that no pizza in Australia quite matches the quality found in Italy, and the flavors have changed over the years, Pizza Hut Marion remains a welcome option in a city with limited high-quality buffet choices.
I remember visiting the buffet here for lunch ages ago and not being very impressed but had the dinner works recently and got to say I really enjoyed myself. More variety and with more people eating for dinner, fresher pizzas/food. For the price $20 pp), the food was pretty good and it's a great place to hang out and kill some time before a movie. About as unpretentious as you can get. Now if only they'd let you bring KFC into the dining room for those friends not keen on pizza)
INCONSISTENT We regularly.... INCONSISTENT We regularly get pick ups on large pizza vouchers. The quality is erratic. It is best to check the pizza at the counter when picking up. On several occasions pineapple on the Hawaiin pizza has been scarce some Super Supreme ingredients missing. Meat on the pizza can be a bit average at times. Apart from that it is value for money if you use vouchers.
