Wendy's - Oakland

The food always arrives hot and fresh. The drinks are flavorful as well, especially the strawberry lemonades—they're not watered down at all. My only complaint is with the condiments; there are times when they are missing from the bag or there’s only one included. Other than that, everything is great!

I ordered food for my granddaughter, who was visiting her aunt in Oakland, California. I live in Fairfield, and she is in Sacramento. I found the Wendy's and DoorDash apps quite straightforward to use for ordering and paying online. It's very convenient to be able to add and change delivery addresses and phone numbers to ensure the orders arrive where I want them. It seems to be getting easier each time. My granddaughter texted me to say that the food was good and that she enjoyed it. It was prepared and delivered promptly. The driver followed my instructions to personally deliver the order. However, I couldn't contact the driver through the DoorDash app as it claims you can. I tried, but ultimately it wasn't necessary, and the delivery went smoothly. Thanks again to Wendy's and DoorDash for another great service experience!

Both orders were really messy. The fries were cold, and the honey sauce for the burger was dripping everywhere, soaking through the wrapper. The bun ended up soggy because of it. We added some toppings to the bacon burger, which might be why it was so messy. I gave it 3 stars only because I still managed to eat it, but it wasn't an enjoyable experience. I even had to change my clothes afterward.

Usually when I order from here everything be right. But this time there was so many mishaps with my order, Fries was cold as well as half filled (should've been large), Jr bacon Cheese Burger was missing bacon, the double stack was all mashed and sloppy as well as ordered a spicy chicken sandwich to only have received A bun nothing ele. Not Happy
