Shangri-la Vegan Telegraph - Oakland

It's hard to find truly clean eats, but this place is the best in the area. It's gluten-free and vegan, making it food allergy friendly. The meals taste like they're home-cooked every time and you get a lot of food. You can't go wrong here, and the staff are always warm and friendly. 5 stars!

I absolutely adore all of the vegetables at this restaurant. The soup is fantastic, the grilled veggies are delicious, the collard greens are chewy and fresh, and they are absolutely delicious with the sauce. And to top it off, they have a wonderfully tart key lime pie.

Reliable good quality food, except the salad on the menu does not match the salad in my box and I frequently opt out of the green salad because its very soggy. All the other dishes are great and Im grateful 

The dinner special was delightful! Such a wonderful variety of items that complimented each other really well. Portions are very generous. This is my new go-to.

The dinner special at Shangri-La is consistently delicious. The meal always includes a great mix of vegetables with tasty sauce and dressing, along with rice and beans. The soup is also full of flavor. Even though I am not a vegetarian or vegan, I find the food at Shangri-La to be tasty and satisfying.
