Rnr Sushi And Bowls - Oakland

RnR is one of my favorite sushi restaurant along Piedmont Ave! They have a nice outdoor patio, but sadly I haven't been able to dine in since the pandemic and having 2 kids. They have their takeout system down, available on DoorDash, or you can order directly from their website. I prefer to order directly, since it's less fees for the restaurant, and they text me when the order is ready. If you're craving poke bowls, RnR got you covered! Sushi is fresh and rolled to perfection. Their rolls are creatively done, and I usually get the Warriors or Floresta. I probably come here weekly and this was my first postpartum meal in the hospital because I missed it so much during those 10 months of pregnancy.

We were craving sushi and found this gem. Only street parking so it can get tricky trying to find a spot. We arrived around 5:30 on a Thursday night and were seated right away. Quaint little spot can fill up quickly. We ordered the 12 piece sashimi appetizer (1/2 tuna 1/2 salmon), godzilla roll, and orange blossom. The sashimi was so tender, so delicious and generous cuts. Bomb!!! Then rolls were good, but I've had better. Solid meal overall. Would definitely recommend and would come back if craving sushi.

The best sushi bowl I ever had. It was delicious ??. Salmon with ahi tuna, seaweed salad ? on a bed of rice! I really enjoyed. From 1 to 10 I give them 15?? very tasty ?.Food: 5/5

Nice indoor dining with great service. Everything was very fresh and tasty.

This is our family's go to poke bowl place. We like the portions and they always have plenty of non-raw dishes for when our boys are being picky. Finally I found a place that makes katsu curry that actually tastes like curry and isn't skimpy. Good portion of katsu and rice drenched in thick curry. If you go all the way to the rear of the restaurant there is an outdoor patio too. Service was friendly, fast and has always been a nice place to grab a bite for lunch.
