Millennium - Oakland

Chef eric has on request created an oil-free meal and eating was amazing. ate on the beautiful terrace and the staff was so friendly and helpful. started with Nektarin-Gazpacho and then on to a Purslan salad. then enjoyed a polnta dish with porcini and red wine sauce, tempeh to die, and a pasta with pesto. it was filled with steinobst sorbet and fresh nectarines. I rolled out and can't wait to go back!

If they want to spend a little less while still support millennium, and not with booking in advance, consider order to go. had this for a special dinner at home, easily ordered on the same day or last minute). the food still seemed fresh when we came home. we had the millennia burger and mushrooms beet tamal, arborio encrusted mushrooms, and meerrettich spagel. each dish with unique aromas; all very satisfying. I have often eaten at millennium and always enjoy the high quality of creative dishes; highly recommended!

Most veg restaurants in the bay area are Asian, but the menu in the millennium was much more diverse. the food is excellent and the atmosphere is elegant without care. on the bottom it is expensive. but if you want an elegant culinary experience, you will find it here. updated by the previous review on 2011-10-02

I went to dinner during the trip to the opposite. the restaurant is beautifully created. all the dishes are creatiw, tasteful and attractive presented. I ordered the tacos, maitake mushroom and banana split mousse cakes. the personal was extremely helpful with my special request for a court that would travel well (carrot amarosa kartoffel tikki), and even the greens placed in a separate box, so that it would not wipe during reheating. my only regret is that I didn't like a second!

Great service, great atmosphere, great drinks. It is expensive but it's worth it for a treat Had the mushrooms to start with delicious, you must try these at least once. Millennium burger big portion, delicious Maiko crusted mushroom SO GOOD. flavorsome, creative, lots of vegetables, loved it Blondie carrot cake delicious, a lot of vegan desserts go the raw route' which I'm less keen on. This was amazing Cheesecake graham crust base rather than a raw base, also delicious
