Stopped by for lunch because I was in the area. The food was alright it wasn't great, nor terrible just left me feeling unsatisfied.I got the D11 Chongqing Street Noodle and it was better than the cold noodles (D12 Huangcheng Cold Noodle but that's because I'm not really a fan of cold noodles to begin with. There was ground meat and a couple of veggies in the bowl along with the peanuts which actually added great flavor to the meal. The cold noodle did not have any protein, which made it a little disappointing. The interesting part about the experience is that you're expected to pay either in cash or venmo after ordering. I only thought it was strange because it was a sit down restaurant and not a place where you order and take the food to a table. They also will give you a stamp card if you're a person that will frequent, where after 10 noodle bowls, you'll get 1 for free. Service: Fair. There were no condiments present on the table because we sat outside, but needed more than just the 1 napkin provided and it was a little hard to get the attention of the server. Best Part: Texture of the hand pulled noodles. Return: Probably not.
Was in the area, so decided to stop by (found through yelp! Huge plus that they were open on Memorial Day.As a group of 4, we ordered:-chongqing street noodle $12.39-couple beef $14.45 very spicy-braised pork rib noodle soup $13.39-noodle mince pork and eggplant $13.39, good as well!-saute string bean gralic $13.19 super salty, would avoid-noodle with pork and green pepper $13.39, one I personally ate. Surprisingly beat expectationsService was a bit lackluster. Seating inside and outside. Order and then pay first.Street parking only. Be careful to bring your belongings. We did see quite a bit of broken glass on the walk over.
Stumbled across this tasty noodle shop after meeting up with some friends. The fresh, hand-pulled noodles were delightful. Between the Chongqing Street Noodles and the Huangcheng Cold Noodle, the latter really stood out to me because I hadn't tried a cold, spicy noodle dish like that before. Service was friendly and we sat outside on a beautiful day. As the two dishes we ordered had similar flavor profiles, I'm interested in trying their other selections as well.
