Chef darren has it right. eating is delicious and authentic. arroz con gandules is always on the point and his habichuelas have pieces of calabasa in them. Just like mom. the pasteles we got for christmas were so extra! they were big on size and taste. Oh, if you can get the chance to have the momo mofongo, it will ruin any other mofongo you've tried. boriqua kitchen serves some of the best Puerto Rican food in the bay.
