Beauty's Bagel Shop - Oakland

Always double check your order if you are vegan, dairy free or lactose intolerant. I eat here about once or twice a month and 80% of the time I end up finding cheese on my vegan bagel order when I ask specifically for no cheese just to be more clear. I never can get all the cheese off my bagel. Just double check so you don't end up with bubble guts and ruining your whole day with digestive issues. I really wish the staff would be more diligent about food allergies and dietary needs. Thank goodness I'm not allergic to dairy or I would have a lawsuit in my hands. You guys are putting people's health and lives at risk with this lack of diligence with our food.

Worst bagel experience of my life. Ordered cucumber on my bagel, when it arrived I thought they were pickled because they were all slimy. I tried a bite of just the cucumber and realized that they were in fact just slimy old cucumbers. Took them off the bagel assuming that they just had a bad cucumber day. Upon biting into the bagel it was immediately clear that they served me an un toasted bagel. Apparently their toaster was down and they had not notified me that I was getting a cold bagel. Dang. This place used to be good before the new ownership. Oh well.

The food is very delicious yesterday I came yesterday Friday and I had a nice experience with the person who attended me a very friendly and friendly girl my English is not very good and he did everything possible to make me feel comfortable in the morning today Saturday I come again and the man in the box was something rude to take care of us he pressures us to take care of us even I don’t know if I’ll come back after this

Beauty 's Bagels is quite possibly my favorite bagel shop in California!From the moment you walk in, there 's a wave of toasted garlic and onions that hits you, as you think this must be the place! The crude and almost proletariat interior makes you feel rolling up your sleeves and participating in the boiling and baking of a good NYC style bagel. Their coffee is locally source (Oakland Coffee) with a well-balanced smokiness and just enough tang, to get you going.Try their Fried Chicken or Pastrami sandwiches! They even serve deviled eggs (my favorite)!It 's worth the 30 min drive we make every weekend, to enjoy a flavorful Sunday experience.

Fantastic breakfast sandwhiches and the staff are all cute and friendly.
