Aguachiles El Tamarindo - Oakland

This restaurant is one of the top spots for Mexican cuisine. I highly recommend trying the quesabirrias and the Ramen consome, with an option for chicken for those who are not strictly vegetarian. The staff is friendly and accommodating. A reminder that this establishment is cash only, but they also accept Venmo payments. Be sure to come prepared as there is no ATM on site. Parking is available in a lot or in open-air spaces.

I was there this weekend and the food was horrible, I had fish tacos and the fish seemed like it has been sitting there for a couple of days. It was stale and super salty, I enjoyed the food here before but quality is going down. Customer service was ok, the cashier was rude and condescending--he snatched money from multiple customers and seemed entitled. Based off of these two things I will not be coming back and suggest you go somewhere else where the quality is better.

I food arrived cold, first taco bite is in image of holiday very burnt tortilla under fish....as if one can't taste the char....never again

This place is located in Oakland, Ca the steak tacos are really good. They have a great seafood menu and usually the meat is fresh in the truck. If you are in need for some good tasting tacos, try this place. Great for lunch or just a snack this is a great place. Enjoy!
