La Granja Peruvian - Oakland Park

Ive came to this location numerous occasions. I usually ask for a small chicken bowl all the time. The 4 times I went they said they only have large size. Came here a 5th time and I told them I had only enough for a small size chicken bowl this time and they said they couldn't accommodate a small portion. I work in this industry too. Never will i come back. Hard to believe but I got a lot of Hispanic friends but I do think they're racist.

It's good simple food. I prefer the seasoning of Pollo Tropical when I'm looking for a rice bean, chicken dish. However my household prefers La Granja. It's not bad food, it's not great service, but it's not a 5 star dining experience. As long as your expectations are for quick decent food, you won't be disappointed.

I come here often. I always order inside to get my own sauce. Food is usually on point and the service is good. They are quick and it's a go to if I don't feel like cooking. Prices have gone up in the last year but that everywhere.

The food is the delicious. I had the Shrimp Bowl to go.I arrived close to closing. Wasn't rushed out the door. Wait time was 15 minutes. (large) The amount of food Was my dinner two nights in a row. My favorite authentic Peruvian dish is AJI DE GALLINA (PERUVIAN CHICKEN STEW) Disappointed LA Granja didn't have it. Unfortunately my lack speaking and understanding. Spanish fluently. I confused the cashier. I'll be returning with my pruvin friend I highly recommend this restaurant.

Latin food from a drive-thru. I ordered the steak, but it was tough and difficult to eat with the flimsy plastic fork they provided. The flavors are genuinely Latin, though. I’d be open to trying it again, but I’ll definitely skip the steak next time.
