Checkers - Oakland Park

It was 10 o'clock at night when my daughter mentioned that some of the staff had been flirting with her. All she wanted was a simple milkshake. Fortunately, there was a kind girl who went through quite a bit of trouble to get her the shake, as there seemed to be an issue with the machine.

I hope the restaurant considers improving employee pay. The service was disappointing. We weren’t served fries, and the staff made it clear that we wouldn’t be getting any. It felt like they weren’t interested in their jobs. Overall, the customer service was quite poor.

I've never had any issues with my eating habits, but I have to say that the service at this restaurant was disappointing. I've observed the staff at the window multiple times, and their professionalism was lacking. The guy who served me handed me my order along with cold fries and completely forgot the sauce I requested not once, but twice.

Lately, they had no menu items, which is a bit disappointing. fries, which tasted like funnel cake and visavers. needed to change freezing oil more often, I guess. but love there burger .loaded fries....and shakes. ehum, if available.

Everything was going well. I placed my order with ease. The lady at the window was nice. However I order chicken bites and fries and was given 1 condiment. When I asked for more I was told I would have to pay for additional condiments or sauce something that should have been given to go with my food I ordered. This needs to change and is very ridiculous. A customer shouldn't have to pay for food and condiments that should come with it.
