There's good workers but there is this one worker that makes this place a no go for me. Now I don't normally write reviews because of one person but this is my local subway the one subway within a 30min drive and I see them every time I enter the establishment. Thus this employee is one that I actively avoid as they hold up the line every time I'm in there crowded or otherwise by talking someone's ear off being incredibly nosy towards someone. Many people I talk to locally do not like them and actively avoids the place when they are working. I have no problem with small talk but when a 4-5 min sandwich turns into a 7-10 min sandwich in a crowded subway it gets nerve racking and annoying. It would also be different if they used that extra time to make the sandwich better but every sandwich I've ever gotten from them has been lazily put together and kinda awful. It's silly to write this review I know but I avoid this place nearly entirely now because of this one employee. Great place if you're just passing by the people are usually really nice. The gas station next door has got really nice people. I hate that my experience of this place has been ruined by one person but I guess that's just what happens sometimes. :
The sandwich was very good but it took a while to get because the place only had one toaster oven. Kudos to the 2 ladies working the counter doing what they could to get you in and out.
I would give zero stars if I could. Got home to a refrigerator cold meatball sub. Apparently the meatballs were in the refrigerator instead of the spot that keeps them warm. Paid with card, got a cash refund, offered to heat up the sandwich but not remake it. Horrible service, horrible management.
This soobway actually gives you stuff on the bread, not just more bread and crunchy water on your bread like most soobways do.
Let me start by saying that I used to love this place, I would stop here at least once a week. But thanks to these past two experiences I will be staying far away from this Subway.Our online order was placed around 5:10, the app said it will be ready by 5:30 at the latest. We showed up to the place around 5:45 and verified on the app that out order was Ready. We go to the pickup shelf and only half of our order was in the bag, 2 out of 4 footlong sandwiches. We waited for a worker to have some extra time and I politely told him that I think we are missing a couple sandwiches. I swear to god this guy told us that someone JUST came in and stole the online orders. I said they only stole half of our sandwiches....? The guy then took our reciept and tried to tell us that there was actually only 2 sandwiches on the order, when there was very clearly 4 sandwiches. He finally told us that they must not have started on those sandwiches at all yet. Being lied to twice at this point, I was very annoyed. But I still told him it was no big deal and that we can wait. We eventually got our sandwiches (pictures included) and they were nothing short of a ripoff. 3 inches of plain bread on some.In short, our order was marked as done when it was only halfway done, we had to fight through two shameless lies to get what we paid for, and my past two visits have had the most pathetic excuses for Subway sandwiches I have ever seen. I 'll never come back to this place, and I hope the guy that lied to us gets an itch that he cant reach.
