I enjoyed the garnel and the al pastor taco. they also have creative names and other culturally matching menu options. I can say that they try to meet the culinary traditions of eating. I like the sweet brot display on the front counter. the decoration is also on the brand: colorful table cloths, standard Mexican plastic chairs, etc. what makes this place ultimately point out is their personal – they can feel that this restaurant supports the roots of the eating by using the Latinx community. Oh, they've got a beer too, that's a plus.
I ate here about 10 years ago and have not yet forgotten about my experience the burritos are overpriced, small, and keep them no candle to the countless actual taquerias available here in the bay. the taste of eating is in order, and in sure, the quality of the ingredients correspond with modern raised dining room- it simply does not have the “soul” or whatever they want to call it, a Mexican taqueria, where blue collar people can have a delicious, hearty and not pretentious meal.
Wow… a fantastic veggi burrito… i asked “can you add eggs?” and they did and they didn’t skimp… it was delicious a the portion was large enough but not too large… yum!
Holy cow that was good. Excellent Burrito and friendly service. Super relaxing environment with light blue walls. Plenty of seating inside and outside and very conveniently located on Telegraph Street.I ordered the Burrito Pollo Asado and was not disappointed.grilled achiote-marinated chicken thighs, avocado salsa, black beans, rice, cheese, tomatoes, cilantroChicken was well seasoned and not dry at all. Burrito was a good size and not overstuffed. Looking forward to going back when I am in the area. $11.95 for my burrito around 7 pm on a Saturday.
Beautiful place near the fox theater. I recommend to grab some tacos when they are in a hurry before the show, as they prepare quickly. fischtacos were absolute chefs' stellar with perfectly crispy teig and some delicious chipotle sauce. asada and pastor (vampiro) tacos were solid but not amazing.
