Chef paco always delivers amazing eating along with a personal culinary experience in contrast to any other.

We dine at New Rebozo as often as we can. We love the food and the wait staff is always friendly and on point. It’s always nice to Chef Paco. We love that he comes to your table and explains the menu. Oh my God.

This is a very nice restaurant with good food and good people. That said, the servers can be TOO attentive, coming round multiple times in a short period making me feel as though I needed to eat quickly and move on.

This place more than lived up to its reputation. The food was phenomenal and the attention to detail with over the top. Chef Paco really made us feel at home.

Heard about New Rebozo on the Food Network. Was not disappointed at all. The place was packed, as expected. The whole experience was fantastic. Delicious food and great service!
