Little Caesars Pizza - Oak Park

Proceed at your own risk... Definitely skip the weekends! What you expect to be hot and ready will instead be cold and delayed. Last weekend, customers were left waiting for 30 minutes for their food. The management should be seriously reconsidered or even let go immediately.

The pizza was poorly made and not cooked properly. I had to wait far too long for them to even acknowledge my order. I won’t be returning, and I intend to reach out to the district manager about this experience, as it seems like the restaurant’s manager should reconsider their service standards.

This is my favorite restaurant because of the drive-thru! It makes life so much easier with a toddler. The staff is friendly, and the last three pizzas we ordered were literally hot and ready. It's perfect for a busy weeknight!

I really like her thin crust extra best pepperoni pizza? waiting is a little long, but overall the pizza is worth it, and I always get great service

Rude! I pulled right up to the window and was asked if I would hold on a minute. Obviously I said no problem because this location is always sooo slow! So I?m used to it. I sat for 10 minutes+ as she counted change in the door and was just talking to other employees. Mind you there was actually a lot of employees there for once and the place wasn?t busy for once. I said ?are you guys out of pizzas? I?ve been waiting for over ten minutes? she laughed and said no we?re not out of pizzas. She then shut the door and said ?I was ignoring youuu?. I don?t think she knew I heard her through the window. Talk about horrible customer service and just plain out being rude! I don?t ever write reviews or complain like this online. But when someone is that rude and ignoring you on purpose, it says a lot about their immature character. Nolan M was the name on the receipt. Not sure if that?s actually the girls name who was the cashier at the time but that?s what my receipt says. Whoever owns this location needs to step their game up. No wonder it has such a low rating online.
