Dunkin' - Oak Park

The staff at this Dunkin' Donuts really need to pay more attention to personal hygiene, particularly when it comes to their nails. It was quite off-putting to receive my coffee from someone whose nails were extremely dirty. They need to do better.

I visited this Dunkin' last night, 10/21/2022, around 7 PM. I witnessed a male employee speaking very rudely to the female worker, and it was clear that she was being mistreated. I hope the owner addresses this situation, as she seemed like she wanted to quit but handled it like a professional. Despite the circumstances, she delivered excellent customer service and did a fantastic job on my order.

A friend of mine who used to work here is still awaiting payment for three days of work. It seems the owner needs to be reminded about labor laws.

I received excellent, above and beyond service from Samantha (shift leader) and Aliyah (cashier)! They were very friendly and engaging, they paid close attention to my order details, and they were both just extremely pleasant and professional. This is myFAVORITE Dunkin?/Baskin location, and I am PROUD to be a loyal patron to such an outstanding business and it?s lovely employees!I recommend this Dunkin?/Baskin location to everyone! It?s clean and has a great variety of delicious foods and affordableprices.

I always goes to this location in the morning before work I work at Pete?s from oak park and as we all employees have to take the food certificate test I know the importance of cross contamination. I order a plain bagel with plain cream cheese a part ofmy bagel had pesto I am sure they put the cream cheese after they did a sandwich with pesto and they didn?t change the spoon orwash it. That?s cross contamination and bad manager they should know to use different spoon.
