They gave me REFRIED CHICKEN. Then said bring it back . WHY??? So you can resale it!!!!

I had some chicken tenders and fries 3/19. It was good going down. But I didn’t expect it to give me food poisoning and empty my entire stomach. I ate everything I made for my kids. EXCEPT I had this place. By Wednesday I was vomiting and had bad nausea… Pepto and Pedialyte has been on my night stand and I’ve not eaten since yesterday morning. The store manager was so rude. He called me and said, “Is this Tatiana?” When I said yes, may I ask who’s calling, he spoke very fast and asked What happened. — There was NO hello ma’am, I’ve heard you became ill. Would you mind telling me what happened. — I told him I ate there Sunday evening and started to feel a sick Tuesday, but by the time Wednesday came around I was really sick and I’m still not feeling well. He said, but we sell a hundreds of batches a day and this is the first complaint. Wow, so basically it’s unbelievable that the chicken was undercooked… I’m filing a complaint with Public Food Safety in Oakland County. If you choose to eat here beware. I’m behind on work and paid this established for food poisoning and bad service.

I do like there food BUT the location is looking a little crunchy. ? I hope they are sanitizing well.The drive up window needs a wipe down and the old tape removed.One caution: I used a card there back a while to buy my physicians office a surprise lunch.Several weeks later I had fraudulent charges on that card.I didn't vet it... to pin it on them (charges were reversed by the card company).BUT I hadn't used that card in years (my emergency use only), the fraudulent charges were made in Southfield at a store which is 10 mins from that Captain Jay's location, and the charges were for a female item which it was a young girl that processed my payment that day.If you visit this location pay in cash. ?

I had to come on and do a review!! Everytime I come to this location. Stephanie is always nice and respectful, store is always clean. She is never on the phone when taking orders. She just always on point so I had to ask her name this time because my experiences with her has always been exceptional! I live around the corner from another captain jays, they always on they cell phone talking talking the order, me having to repeat myself I would rather but i rather drive to her location, food has always been fresh when I arrive, she always up sell something lol and it’s constant because when she not there I get the same service. Keep up the great work y’all are a great team up there.
