You start by selecting what you want from a kiosk, and then you can either pay there or bring your order to the counter to settle the bill. The decor is lovely, and the environment is very self-service oriented. You help yourself to utensils, and they call you when your food is ready, using small buzzers. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasantly quiet. It's definitely a great spot for a date or if you want to work on school assignments in a peaceful setting.
I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night, and surprisingly, it wasn't very crowded—just a few other tables were occupied. I ordered some dumplings, and despite having migraines, I enjoyed the food a lot. We placed our orders through the kiosks and paid for our sodas along with our food when we picked it up. The portions were generous and quite filling. It is a bit on the pricier side, but the quality makes it worthwhile. You also have to serve yourself water and clean up after you're done. Overall, a good experience!
Delicious! We weren't familiar with the ordering process, but the experience was worth the confusion! Some of the most tender lamb I've had in a while!
Good soup broth and decent sizes we have tried #2 Spicy Tonkotsu and the broth has a good taste, not too spicy and not about powering. Pigs and chickens were tender. We ordered extra Bok Choy to go with it. #5 Shoyu Ramen also had good broth, not too salty and the noodles were good and delicate, chicken protein was cut a good size and the egg was perfectly cooked with the sunny side above as egg yolk. We'll be back.
I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and Kimchi and it was excellent! I also love their hot oil and Chinese vinegar.
