Phil's Pizza - Oak Lawn

One of the best carry out pizza places in Chicagoland area. No doubt.

I love this pizza it's always fresh and my favorite is the sausage and cheese

Today my family and I visit Phil’s for the first time. Before arriving we looked up the location on 35th street and it stated cash only, although the front door had credit card symbol stickers. which we made sure to bring cash) . When placing our family of 5 order the lady taking our order seem annoyed and stopped in the middle of our order and said “ your paying cash right” I answered yes I asked to add pops to our order, again the lady seemed annoyed when we asked what type of pops they carried. The pizza was delicious. However the customer service deterred me from asking for any condiments or anything else . Customer service is very important and I hope this will be address.

Thank you Jeff !! You made my day I ordered online, I was ready to go to pick It up, the battery of the truck was dead so I called and they right away delivered to me . Best pizza, best service ever !!

I would add pictures but they never put our order in and told us 15 minutes after we paid that they ?could put it in but it would be awhile.? Poor customer service. If you?re reading this, I suggest you instead spend your money at Palermo?s on 95th,Joe?s Italian Villa, or even put up with the inaccurate wait times at FASANOS. Any place is better than coming home $44 shortwith no food.
