Naf Naf Grill - Oak Lawn

I placed my order through the app for pickup and had the steak hummus bowl. It was fantastic! The portion size was just right, and the flavors were delicious. The veggies were very fresh, and the steak was incredibly flavorful. I tried to call the restaurant to express my satisfaction, but unfortunately, they don’t have a way to leave reviews. It was truly the best experience. I will definitely be back!

The only reason why I gave it 1 star is only because the food is good, but the service, the service is horrible! I come here only because it’s the only one in this area, unfortunately! This is not the first time I have a negative experience here so I decided to post so people can prepare before they come here. Today, 6/21/2022 at 5:00 pm, I came to purchase food, and the girl who was serving was horribly rude to me, she was banging the tops of the containers and the spoons, giving horrible attitude to me, I was being super nice, I thought maybe it would change her attitude, but it didn’t, she continued being rude and throwing my food as she was serving it. 2 guys walked in and her attitude was completely different towards them, she even offered them samples of the food and was being so flirty and kidding around with them, I proceeded to pay and she rolled her eyes and glared at me because I asked her for sauce. On top of it this, there were no napkins and the restaurant just looked unorganized and dirty. I hope managers or owners of this chain read this and learn of the unprofessional people they have working this location and make some changes before they end up having to close it due to not having clients.

First time at a Naf Naf and the staff was not only unhelpful but very rude. They had an attitude the entire time.

I visited last Thursday, and I was impressed with the excellent service and freshly prepared food.

Out. this is one of my favorite places to lunch. I don't even know why I always come back when it's obvious they don't want my business. the workers are not friendly, the managers are not rude. it is a coworker that I try to tap because it always offers the best customer service. I appreciate their friendliness, and I think the rest of them should be retrained. her best worker was not in charge today when I stopped at lunch.
