Grassano's Pizza - Oak Lawn

Good pizza at a good price.I wish the sausage had a little more fennel.

Pizza puffs, there is nothing else to say. I love an hour and a half away. Whenever I'm even remotely close I'm coming here.

I called to place an order for pick up he stated the closed in 5 mins and couldn’t take my order because he wanted to go home…

I drove all the way there for a pick up order and got home and received the wrong food. Now they are closed and no one is answering the phone.

Usually only pizza I eat, Love the food and no problems, but when Im given a 35-40 minute prep window and I show up 41 minutes later and have to wait 25 minutes waiting in the store asking multiple times how much longer it will be, never getting a response, it makes me feel like you just made my pizza on the quicks and didn’t put it in until after I arrived to pick it up. Would have just told you to cancel it and would’ve found food elsewhere as I was starving. Really inconsiderate/disrespectful. Next time own up to it! If I can’t get an update from a worker when I ask next time I pick up and have to wait I will be cancelling the order immediately.
