It seemed like they prioritized the phone order over the customers in the restaurant. After more than 20 minutes of waiting, I realized the place was understaffed. I had eaten there before, and the food wasn't bad, but the service is terrible. Nobody wants to wait 30 minutes just to place an order.
I had a terrible experience at Firehouse. The young employee didn't accept my T-Mobile discount, which was frustrating. It was my first time visiting, and since there's no location near my home, I drove 22 miles because it's close to Midway Airport. I was really disappointed and no longer have any interest in returning. You've lost a potential customer, especially considering I have military friends and colleagues who could have been regular patrons.
It took over 20 minutes for the staff to take my order, even though there was just one person ahead of me. If I had gone to Jimmy John's or Subway instead, I could have been in and out in under five minutes. I doubt I'll be returning.
They are absolutely disrespectful and do not know how to talk to their customers. do not teach. never again.
The service here is disgusting no mannerisms at all!!! If I could give them 0 starts I would, period.
