I waited for half an hour to receive my coffee, bagel, and hot chocolate at the restaurant. Not only was the wait time frustrating, but my hot chocolate was also not filled all the way.
The service at this restaurant is extremely quick, making it ideal for commuters catching the Metra train. The cashier is always cheery and welcoming, which brightens up my mornings.
