Dunkin' - Oak Lawn

I and my Uber driver stopped at this restaurant on August 8, 2023, at 5:30 AM on our way to the airport. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, and the best part was the stunning redhead who was working there! I will definitely be coming back!

When I requested some napkins, the server handed me a crumpled bunch as if I had bothered him by asking. Despite being near closing time, the two employees could have demonstrated a bit more interest in customer service.

The restaurant had no napkins in the bag, the service was rude, and they only gave me an almost empty cup for my drink.

I just left there. I waited at the front counter for 10 minutes if not more and no one acknowledged my existence to take my order! I know drive thru gets busy and served faster but I have an order too! Very bad morning experience.

The coffee was excellen ,the donuts were fresh and the service was top notch.5 stars just isn't enough.
