Arby's - Oak Lawn

The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. Despite being regular customers, the staff did not acknowledge or welcome us. We had to inquire if the cashier was ready to take our order, but our question went unanswered.

There are too many negative reviews for this restaurant, so I am hesitant to dine there. Despite its location in Oak Lawn, I was initially excited to give it a try, but after reading the reviews, I have some concerns.

This restaurant appears to be outdated, clinging to the practices of the 1970s that no longer resonate with modern customers. The lack of updates and modern amenities make it feel out of touch in a world where cars are treated as second homes.

You are now hired if you are interested. Bacon beef and Cheddars, two for six dollars. That's her deal now. I got that with the orange cream shake. I thought I'd try something new. I could just eat a sandwich. There was enough meat on it. Sometimes you need to order two sandwiches to have enough meat for one. But that wasn't the case. Ugh! I'm filled.

There are always polite and exact. Kinda stingy on sauce tho
