Pinheads New River Gorge - Oak Hill

This was our first visit here, and we decided to stop by on a whim after our plans to hike at New River Gorge National Park were thwarted by the cold, rainy weather. My son and daughter-in-law thought bowling would be a fantastic alternative, so they reserved a lane for us. It was a lot of fun to see a diverse group of people enjoying their Saturday afternoon with family and friends. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We ordered a large pizza, nachos, and stuffed potato skins, all of which were delicious and delivered to our lane promptly. It turned out to be a wonderful afternoon for our family, and we can't wait to come back!

Lanes were fine, employees were nice. Food was pretty bad and the beer was warm and awful.

Not impressed with this place, order was completely wrong and didn't know how to prepare the other half of the order but could not tell me that. let me wait inside for 45 minutes, after telling me 15 minute wait on the phone. very disgusted with the way the business is ran i would give this place no stars if the option was available

This place is absolutely horrible I do not recommend The food was extremely hot, I burnt my mouth on chicken (needed the hospital ASAP) also I asked for boneless chicken and it had all kinds of bones in it!! My child choked on a bone when I told the woman she just brushed it off and told me to get over it. The fries were too salty I almost got chocked when I put it in my mouth. I asked for ice water and I only received one cube of ice, It melted so fast. The water was also very warm. After all that happened me and my family just decided to go bowl but the bowling balls had a weird goo on them!? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I went up and told the worker she told me shut up and clean it off myself. It was WAY TOO HOT someone needs to turn on the acthe people around us were extremely rude. At one point someone told me I was a boomer? WHAT IS A BOOMER!? My kids had to use the bathroom so me and my wife brought them in there. The bathrooms stunk so bad it was a horrible smell. The sinks were so hard to work and not alot of water came out. Unbelievable! The place was so crowded we could verily even movie to get our ball and bowl. After this me and my kids went home upset and very angry. Turns out the goo was aids. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS TRASHY PLACE EVER AGAIN

Pinheads is absolutely fantastic! The bowling lanes are top-notch, the scoring system is impressive, and the league nights are a blast. Plus, the food is delicious and the beer selection is excellent!
