Przekaż informację zwrotnąIf you're going to run a business make sure you advertise appropriately and Brittany and if you're going to close down early why don't you change the information on Google and when you do close down early if you have employees inside the business let them answer the phone so they can provide the proper information to your customers because since you open this company you have run it like s and I am actually a local owner of a company here on the island and the way you run your business is quite ridiculous. Why don't you put more time into investing in your company instead of sitting back collecting money and doing a s job at running your company
I committed the cardinal sin of drive through fast food. I did not open the bag and do an inventory. I got all the way home when I realized there was no fries in the bag. Far to far to drive back. I will say the food was on time and ready when I got there for pickup. The restaurant was clean and the guy behind the counter was pleasant. The food was mediocre at best but would bring me back in a pinch. However, when an order is incomplete, there is no excuse. So all be it this was my first time, it will be my last. It's a shame too. I was looking for a decent chicken place every since we lost out KFC, many years ago.
I placed a online order and showed up about 12 mins after ordering. I let them know i was there to pick up. After about 5 mins i saw what later to find out was my food go up on there shelf. A half hour later they finally told me my food was ready. It was cold and i asked for my money back. I was told no and i would just have to wait for them to remake my food. While waiting another 20 mins for at this point food i didnt want i watched the manager yell at the front clerk even tho he had looked at my bag of food several times and never called out my name. I contacted wingstop customer service about being refused a refund and was sent a 5 dollar gift card for essentially my hour of lost time which is just insulting, after a week of not hearing anything back from wing stop i called again finally getting a refund This company is a joke and ill never go back to another wingstop
Extremely disappointing. I visit Wingstop all the time in Virginia and I have never received wings with fried feathers on them or small deformed pieces of chicken. I will never go back to this location again.
For the past 2 nights we 've tried to get Wingstop. It 's a favorite because they 're open so late and my husband and I work nights and get off late. They don 't answer the phones what so ever. Their hours on Google state they 're open until midnight, as well as, their big wing expert sign stating they 're open till midnight. They have a small sign on the door saying they 're open from 12-8 now, but nothing else is updated. It 's almost 10 and they 're still here. If they close at 8 they should be cleaned up, closed, and gone by 830/9 at the latest.
